Dr. Marlene is one in a million. Our 15 year old Tibetan Terrier had Canine Cognitive Dysfunction. She came to our home and was calm , sympathetic , and professional . From the time Karen texted she was at the house until she left she was so very calm, professional and patient. Dr. Whala was kind and compassionate and she made absolutely certain that Stella felt no discomfort whatsoever. Dr. Whala spent plenty of time throughout the process, listening to me and tending kindly to Stella.
Dr. Whala is a very kind and compassionate person. She made what was a very difficult situation, very easy for everyone, and more importantly, our dog. She explained each step and was so loving with our dog. I would highly recommend her and this service to anyone that needs it for their pet. I will never take any of my pets to the veterinary office to euthanize them again. It’s such an emotional thing and it was so comforting to go through this at home. She is a wonderful person, what a gift she is. We appreciate having this service very much.

From the very beginning dr. Gary was very sympathetic and showed us that he really cared. It is always difficult to say your final goodbye to your Fur Baby. Having CodaPet send a Vet to our home to assist in the peaceful passing of our precious baby made the painful experience of our loss comforting. The Vet was very compassionate, thoughtful and kind with my fur baby and my family including my other dog during the entire process. My Fur Baby was very comfortable throughout the entire process and just peacefully went to sleep while cuddled up next to me. After his passing, we were given private alone time to say our final good byes. He then was gently wrapped in a blanket and placed into basket and taken away for cremation. I felt comforted knowing that he was no longer in pain and passed so peacefully. My family felt so blessed to have a compassionate service come to our home so we could say our final goodbyes in privacy. I will always be thankful for CodaPet.
At one of the most heartbreaking times in our lives, Dr. Karen Whala was a comfort. From the initial appointment scheduling through to escorting our Mollie away, Karen showed sincere compassion and care. Dr Gary was very responsive, yet respectful during this challenging time when Finn required euthanasia. This was our second time in a couple years we have gone this route to prevent suffering and Dr Gary was able to explain everything and take of everything so we could just focus on make Finn comfortable as possible.♥️

Dr. Gary was so very kind and compassionate. We got to be with our cat, Daisy, in one of her favorite spots of our home. Dr. Gary gave took us through the process, then gave us the time we needed with Daisy before he administered the sedative, then again before he administered the final shot, and after. We got to cuddle with her the whole time. He took Daisy's body away and his wife returned with her ashes. The company that they work with included two river rocks with Daisy's name on them that were with her when she was cremated and are a perfect size to hold in your hand. We also got the keepsake of Daisy's paw in clay, which was very nicely done, however we wouldn't get that again as it doesn't look like her paw to us (due to the nature of how much bigger a paw looks when pressed into clay). We liked the inked paw prints on a card that Daisy and I made together the day before. We very much appreciate how patient, kind, and compassionate Dr. Gary was and that this service was available for our beloved cat.
De. Whala was incredibly empathetic and compassionate. She took the time to thoroughly examine my cat and assure me that it was time. She took great care to see that he was feeling no pain or discomfort throughout the procedure.
