At one of the most heartbreaking times in our lives, Dr. Karen Whala was a comfort. From the initial appointment scheduling through to escorting our Mollie away, Karen showed sincere compassion and care. She observed and asked questions upon arrival to be sure we were making the right decision. Throughout the process, Karen was patient and soothing, explaining every step beforehand so we understood Mollies final moments. Dr. Whala was compassionate and gave us the time we needed to say goodbye. She was a comfort through a heartbreaking experience and helped Mollie through a most peaceful passing. Dr. Marlene is one in a million. Our 15 year old Tibetan Terrier had Canine Cognitive Dysfunction. She came to our home and was calm , sympathetic , and professional . She has a way that makes a person feel ok in such a terrible situation. She did not rush us . She explained in detail how and what to expect during the process. She gave us as much time as we needed to spend our last minutes with “ Bentley “ . You could not find a Veterinarian better to help you through this horrible part of life. We will be forever grateful to her .

From the very beginning dr. Gary was very sympathetic and showed us that he really cared. It was so hard having to make that decision to have our girl put down and he gave us all the time in the world and made us feel better about the whole process. It is always difficult to say your final goodbye to your Fur Baby. Having CodaPet send a Vet to our home to assist in the peaceful passing of our precious baby made the painful experience of our loss comforting. The Vet was very compassionate, thoughtful and kind with my fur baby and my family including my other dog during the entire process. My Fur Baby was very comfortable throughout the entire process and just peacefully went to sleep while cuddled up next to me. After his passing, we were given private alone time to say our final good byes. He then was gently wrapped in a blanket and placed into basket and taken away for cremation. I felt comforted knowing that he was no longer in pain and passed so peacefully. My family felt so blessed to have a compassionate service come to our home so we could say our final goodbyes in privacy. I will always be thankful for CodaPet.

From the time Karen texted she was at the house until she left she was so very calm, professional and patient. Dr. Whala is a very kind and compassionate person. She made what was a very difficult situation, very easy for everyone, and more importantly, our dog. She explained each step and was so loving with our dog. I would highly recommend her and this service to anyone that needs it for their pet. Dr. Gary was so very kind and compassionate. We got to be with our cat, Daisy, in one of her favorite spots of our home. Dr. Gary gave took us through the process, then gave us the time we needed with Daisy before he administered the sedative, then again before he administered the final shot, and after. We got to cuddle with her the whole time. He took Daisy's body away and his wife returned with her ashes. The company that they work with included two river rocks with Daisy's name on them that were with her when she was cremated and are a perfect size to hold in your hand. We also got the keepsake of Daisy's paw in clay, which was very nicely done, however we wouldn't get that again as it doesn't look like her paw to us (due to the nature of how much bigger a paw looks when pressed into clay). We liked the inked paw prints on a card that Daisy and I made together the day before. We very much appreciate how patient, kind, and compassionate Dr. Gary was and that this service was available for our beloved cat.

From the very first call to Codapet I could not believe how professional these people are. They walked me and my wife through every step of the process and gave us the support and confidence we were doing the best for our family companion Jade. Dr. Gary was very caring and we felt that he treated Jade as if she was his own. Dr. Gary was scheduled to be at our home at 5pm. He also called about 4 hrs earlier to see if Jade was in a lot of pain as he offered a sooner appointment if we wanted it.
