At one of the most heartbreaking times in our lives, Dr. Karen Whala was a comfort. From the initial appointment scheduling through to escorting our Mollie away, Karen showed sincere compassion and care. She observed and asked questions upon arrival to be sure we were making the right decision. Throughout the process, Karen was patient and soothing, explaining every step beforehand so we understood Mollies final moments. Dr. Whala was compassionate and gave us the time we needed to say goodbye. She was a comfort through a heartbreaking experience and helped Mollie through a most peaceful passing. I sincerely appreciate Dr Bethany . Deciding when to let go of a pet due an incurable illness is not an easy thing. Dr. Gary was so very kind and compassionate. We got to be with our cat, Daisy, in one of her favorite spots of our home. Dr. Gary gave took us through the process, then gave us the time we needed with Daisy before he administered the sedative, then again before he administered the final shot, and after. We got to cuddle with her the whole time. He took Daisy's body away and his wife returned with her ashes. The company that they work with included two river rocks with Daisy's name on them that were with her when she was cremated and are a perfect size to hold in your hand. We also got the keepsake of Daisy's paw in clay, which was very nicely done, however we wouldn't get that again as it doesn't look like her paw to us (due to the nature of how much bigger a paw looks when pressed into clay). We liked the inked paw prints on a card that Daisy and I made together the day before. We very much appreciate how patient, kind, and compassionate Dr. Gary was and that this service was available for our beloved cat.
Dr. Hsia, he was very patient with us during this difficult time, he truly cares about your loved fur babies. His compassion and kindness through the process made us feel comfortable that we made the right decision to go with Codapet. He followed up on us and delivered our Foxy with care and compassion truly appreciated him for all he did to make our Foxy comfortable during her last minutes with us.

It is always difficult to say your final goodbye to your Fur Baby. Having CodaPet send a Vet to our home to assist in the peaceful passing of our precious baby made the painful experience of our loss comforting. The Vet was very compassionate, thoughtful and kind with my fur baby and my family including my other dog during the entire process. My Fur Baby was very comfortable throughout the entire process and just peacefully went to sleep while cuddled up next to me. After his passing, we were given private alone time to say our final good byes. He then was gently wrapped in a blanket and placed into basket and taken away for cremation. I felt comforted knowing that he was no longer in pain and passed so peacefully. My family felt so blessed to have a compassionate service come to our home so we could say our final goodbyes in privacy. I will always be thankful for CodaPet.

I was very pleased with how patient she was with us. Our guy Dozer was extremely nervous and she made it very pleasant for him. She took her time and he didn’t even realize that she was there. He went peacefully and we are so greatful for her kind and caring gentle way i n taking care of him.
