I offer in-home pet euthanasia to give pets and their families a gentle, peaceful experience in the comfort of their own surroundings. This approach allows pets to remain relaxed in a familiar space, while giving family members privacy and time to say goodbye with dignity and compassion. Dr. Hsia’s compassion and bed side manner exceeded all expectations. This was an extremely difficult time, but our baby fell soft asleep in my arms, looking into our eyes, and then when we were ready to say our final good bye, within 1 minute or two, she lay to final rest in my arms. This is what I’ve prayed for to have at the end, and God gave us the connection with Dr. Hsia that day to prevent our baby from suffering from the cancer.

They walked me and my wife through every step of the process and gave us the support and confidence we were doing the best for our family companion Jade. From the very beginning dr. Gary was very sympathetic and showed us that he really cared. It was so hard having to make that decision to have our girl put down and he gave us all the time in the world and made us feel better about the whole process. We had to make that difficult decision to put our little fur baby (Kolby) to rest. She had been bravely battling liver disease. We got a brochure for Codapet from our vet's office and we are so glad to have found this service. The scheduling of the appointment was very easy. We made the appt online, paid for it and received a text and email confirmation. Dr Hsia texted me himself with a confirmation and again right before he was to arrive to our home. He was so kind and very gentle with Kolby. He made her passing a little easier to deal with and Kolby did not have to endure a trip to the vet's office and the nervousness that comes with such a visit. She was comfortable on her blanket surrounded by us and her "brother". We never felt rushed. Dr Hsia gave us as much time as we needed with her. We highly recommend this service.

We were saying good buy to our dog. She had been a daily part of out lives for 15 years. Needless to say there were a lot of tears and emotions involved. The Dr could not have handled the situation any better. He explained step by step what was going to happen. Then gave is the time to say what we needed to say both before and after. At no point were we rushed. She went so peacefully. She was the last of 3 dogs we had from young to old. The previous 2 we had euthanized in a clinic setting. And even though i was literally holding them they were still stressed when the time came. She didn't have to feel that at the end. The Dr from coda pet couldn’t have done a better job.

Dr. Gary was so very kind and compassionate. We got to be with our cat, Daisy, in one of her favorite spots of our home. Dr. Gary gave took us through the process, then gave us the time we needed with Daisy before he administered the sedative, then again before he administered the final shot, and after. We got to cuddle with her the whole time. He took Daisy's body away and his wife returned with her ashes. The company that they work with included two river rocks with Daisy's name on them that were with her when she was cremated and are a perfect size to hold in your hand. We also got the keepsake of Daisy's paw in clay, which was very nicely done, however we wouldn't get that again as it doesn't look like her paw to us (due to the nature of how much bigger a paw looks when pressed into clay). We liked the inked paw prints on a card that Daisy and I made together the day before. We very much appreciate how patient, kind, and compassionate Dr. Gary was and that this service was available for our beloved cat.

It is always difficult to say your final goodbye to your Fur Baby. Having CodaPet send a Vet to our home to assist in the peaceful passing of our precious baby made the painful experience of our loss comforting. The Vet was very compassionate, thoughtful and kind with my fur baby and my family including my other dog during the entire process. My Fur Baby was very comfortable throughout the entire process and just peacefully went to sleep while cuddled up next to me. After his passing, we were given private alone time to say our final good byes. He then was gently wrapped in a blanket and placed into basket and taken away for cremation. I felt comforted knowing that he was no longer in pain and passed so peacefully. My family felt so blessed to have a compassionate service come to our home so we could say our final goodbyes in privacy. I will always be thankful for CodaPet.
